Privacy policy

In one line: you answer 17 quick taps, we save them so you can compare with the friends you choose, your friend sees where you each lean but never your individual answers, and you can delete everything in one tap.
Who this is for
People aged 18 and over only. If you are under 18, please do not use this site. Nothing is saved if you say you are under 18.
What we save, and why
- Your first name or nickname, an age range, your gender, your life stage and your 17 answers. We use them to make your vibe type, to word the questions for you, and to compare you with the friend who gets your link.
- The name you give each friend's link, so you can tell your links apart.
- The language you use and the link or ad you came from, so the site speaks your language and we can see which links help people find it.
- Only if you choose "save my profile": your mobile number or email address. We keep a scrambled form that lets you sign in again. We keep the number or address itself, encrypted, only if you also tick a separate box agreeing to be messaged.
- If you pay: the amount and the day. Payment is made on our payment provider's own page (Instamojo or Razorpay), so your card or UPI details and your name as a payer never reach this site.
- Page counters (how many people reached which step) that hold no names or addresses.
What we do not do
We do not use cookies or advertising trackers, we have no third-party analytics scripts, and we do not sell your data. Your friend sees the score, the headline and where each of you leans on a set of personality traits. They do not see your individual answers, although for a few traits one question drives much of the position.
Who can see it
You. A friend whose link you made sees the comparison between the two of you. The operator can technically see what is in the database but does not read people's answers. Our web host stores the data on our behalf. Our payment provider processes payments under its own privacy notice.
How long we keep it
Until you delete it, or one year after you last opened the site, after which it is deleted automatically together with your comparisons. Payment records (amount and day, with no name) are kept for accounting.
Your choices
- Delete everything now: open the app and tap "Delete my profile and everything". This also removes your comparisons for the other people.
- Withdraw consent: deleting your profile does this.
- See or correct your information, or ask a question: write to us using the details on the contact page. Because there are no accounts, we may ask you to prove it is your profile.
Safety
Your sign-in code is stored on your phone and only a scrambled form is stored on our server. Anyone who gets your unlocked phone and opens the app can see your results, as with any app.
Changes
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will ask you again before using your data in the new way.
